Marian Momirov was both a lawyer and a friend – and never one without the other.
Music was an essential part of his life. Not a hobby, but something deeply lived – his perception, his sensitivity, and his sense of harmony. In its own way, it was inseparable from how he thought and how he practiced law.
Our story did not begin in the office, nor did it begin with the law. It evolved over the years – through friendship, shared experiences, and those life moments that quietly shape who you become.
What we later built together professionally was a natural continuation of that path.
At a defining moment in my professional development, when I chose to move in a new direction, Marian was the person with whom I made that next natural choice.
That is how we began, together, to build what would later become Hristov & Momirov.
In a short time, we created not just a law firm, but an identity – a shared understanding of how law should be practiced. And we did it as we saw it – in our own way: with precision, independence, integrity, creativity, and respect for the person behind every case.
Marian was a person of wide horizons. In him, intellect, intuition, and sensitivity came together naturally. He had a sense for people and for what truly matters – and a rare ability to combine strength with humanity.
He gave generously – of his time, his knowledge, and his energy – never seeking recognition, yet leaving a lasting mark on those around him.
Our time working together was far too short. But what we built – and what he stood for – remains.
Today, the firm moves forward, grounded in that foundation – and true to the principles we shared and upheld together.
